We are an international law firm established in the Dominican Republic for many years, where we have our main offices, however, we have offices, partners and associates in other countries.

Experience and dedication in our history

Founded in 1967 by Dr. Héctor Francisco Rivera Domínguez, along with Dr. Julio Ibarra Ríos and Dr. Pedro Manuel Casals Victoria, the firm initially specialized in tax and commercial advisory services. In 1990, it evolved into Rivera Fernández & Asociados, broadening its scope to national and international clients. In 1999, the firm merged with the prestigious Botello, Lugo de los Santos & Coiscou, expanding its expertise to all areas of law.

In 2002, the firm was renamed Botello Lugo, Coiscou, Rivera & Rivera and joined the International Association of Law Firms MULTILAW, adding new services and partners. In 2005, it internationalized and became known as Ai-Rivera & Rivera, focusing on corporate areas, intellectual property, and international business. In 2018, the firm rebranded as LARMS LAW, based in Miami, USA, representing the Dominican Republic and other countries, and expanding its service offerings.
